Jenni and Kristin at a 4th of July party in the always beautiful Amagansett

Kristin’s Look:

I wanted a natural yet glowingly bronzed look for our 4th of July party this year.  I wore By Terry’s Light Expert Perfecting Foundation Brush as a base all over my face making sure to blend into my neck AND hairline as well! Then I applied By Terry Soleil Terrybly Hydra-Bronzing Serum all over, and dusted Rouge Bunny Rouge Bronzing Glow Powder in “At Goldcombe Bay” to finish off my face with a beautiful bronzed glow! (*All By Terry and Rouge Bunny Rouge product reviews are coming up soon!)

Products used on Kristin’s face:

By Terry Light Expert Foundation Stick
By Terry Soleil Terrybly Hydra-Bronzing Tinted Serum

I used Cle de peau Beaute Concealer Stick under my eyes as well as the Rouge Bunny Rouge Lovelights Highlighting Powder in “Sweet To Touch” to set the make up and give me a nice dewey sparkle.  I used RBR’s Cheeks In Bloom Blush Wand in “Manet” on my cheeks and then applied RBR’s Sea of Illumination Highlighting Liquid in “Sea of Clouds” on my cheek bones all around the eye to above my brown in a backwards C pattern AND on the tip of my nose all the way up in a straight line to my bridge for a slimming effect.

Products used on Kristin’s cheeks, under-eyes and nose:

For my eyes, I applied By Terry’s Ombre Blackstar in “Frozen Quartz” (reviewed HERE) all over my eyelid and blended as a base.  Then I applied Rouge Bunny Rouge When Birds Are Singing…Long Lasting Eye Shadows in “Unforgettable Oriole” all over the eye lid, and the darker shade “Bohemian Waxwing” to create definition.  Next I applied a light layer of La Bella Donna eye liner in brown (reviewed HERE) by just brushing on the bottom lashes to define my lower lash line.  I finished it all off with the RBR Fire Drops Loose Glitter Pigments in “Eaten All The Cherries,” in the corners of my eyes and on the bottom eye line and also from the corner of my eye lid blended all the way above my lid over to the end of my brow bone for an illuminating effect.  I also applied Anastasia Perfect Brow Pencil to my eye brows, blended and brushed through to create a little more of a defined shape to my brows.  Lastly I applied a liquid eyeliner, L’Oreal’s Carbon Black Lineur Intense, as well as Rimmel’s Scandaleyes mascara (reviewed HERE).

On my lips, I applied Sunday Riley Modern Lip Color Lipstick in “French Nude” as a base, then one of the Brand New RBR Glassy Gloss Shades in “Rahat Lokum” and a dot of ‘Sea of Clouds’ liquid highlighter on the Cupid’s Bow of my top lip. Throughout the night I refreshed my lips with either the Glassy Gloss or one of my new favs MAC’s Lip Glass in “Cultured” (review to come soon!) as well as my blush compact from Estee Lauder in Radiant Peach. I find I can apply powder blushes more easily and quickly when I just want to quickly refresh and get back to the party!

Jenni’s Look:

I had already spent a few days in the sun (wearing SPF of course) but I still had some redness and blotchy spots on my face, and so I wanted to even out my color while creating a summertime sun-kissed glow!  I started with a little of Sunday Riley’s Juno Transformative lipid Serum (reviewed HERE) just to give my skin back some of the moisture lost from time spent in the sun.  Then I mixed my new all-time favorite product, Rouge Bunny Rouge Aqua Primer (reviewed HERE) with RBR Sea of Illumination Highlighting Liquid in “Sea of Showers” (review coming,) and applied the mixture with my fingertips all over my face for “an almost-invisible bloom of health and radiance.”  I must say the results of mixing these two RBR products together is outstanding!  It creates such a natural glow while evening out your skin color.  Next I used a basic foundation brush and applied Rouge Bunny Rouge Milk Aquarelle Liquid Foundation in “Chestnut Milk Parfait” (review coming.) This is absolutely the BEST foundation I’ve ever used!  It’s a gel based formula that is light, refreshing and gives flawless coverage!  Finally I contoured my face and set up golden highlights over my cheeks and temples with Rouge Bunny Rouge Lovelights Highlighting Powder in “Goddess” (review coming) to get an overall healthy & fresh look.

I then used Rouge Bunny Rouge Fine-Spun Light Luminous Skin Wand to conceal my under eye circles and highlighted the bridge of my nose with RBR Sea of Illumination Highlighting Liquid in “Sea of Clouds” (*side note* we are obsessed with RBR Sea of Illumination highlighting liquids and can’t wait to review them for you!) I also used RBR Eyes Wide Open Brightening Liner Duo (review coming,) for the first time with fantastic results!  I used the pink-rose side at the inner and outer corners of my eyes and blended gently with my finger tips to brighten up my eyes.  I used the pearlescent, milky white side under my eyebrows to reshape and lift them up for more vibrancy, and added a hint above my eyebrows to help open and highlight my face.  For my cheeks I used my all-time favorite cream blush, Rouge Bunny Rouge Cheeks In Bloom Blush Wand in “Vermeer” (See Blush Wand in “Titian” reviewed HERE.)

RBR Cheeks In Bloom Cream Blush Wand – Vermeer

For my Eyes I finished off my look with more incredible makeup products from Rouge Bunny Rouge! All of the eye shadows used are Rouge Bunny Rouge When Birds Are Singing…Long Lasting Eye Shadows.  First I applied another light coat of my RBR Aqua Primer and then used an eye shadow base coat of RBR eye shadow in “Bashful Flamingo.”  I highlighted the eye with one coat of “Fire-Tailed Sunbird” and contoured the eye lids with the darker shade “Gracious Arasari.”  Lastly, Kristin did a fabulous job of creating a iridescent 3D effect with RBR Fire Drops Loose Glitter Pigments in “Sleeping Under A Mandarin Tree.”  She used a liner brush to apply the glitter under my lower lash lines, and used a shader brush to lightly dust the glitter pigments in the inner corners of my eyes and blended halfway into the lid.  It was PERFECTION!!! Check back soon because we will be reviewing ALL of our Rouge Bunny Rouge Eye Shadows and Loose Glitter Pigments in a separate post, with tons of pictures and swatches!  For mascara I used a gorgeous midnight blue color from Sunday Riley, The Influencer – Extra Volume Glossy Mascara.

Products used for Jenni’s eye makeup:

Rouge Bunny Rouge Eye Shadow – Bashful Flamingo
Rouge Bunny Rouge Eye Shadow – Fire-tailed Sunbird
Fire-tailed Sunbird Swatch
Rouge Bunny Rouge Eye Shadow – Gracious Arasari
Fire Drops Loose Glitter Pigment – Sleeping Under The Mandarin Tree

Lastly, for my lips I started by outlining my upper and lower lip line with Rouge Bunny Rouge Longlasting Lip Pencil in “Vasco” and blending a bit inwards to soften the color of my lips.  Then I used two strokes of Sunday Riley Modern Lip Color Lipstick in “Mona Lisa” (review coming) almost as a base coat or a lip stain before applying a creamier lipstick, my current go-to shade RBR Lipstick in “The Plot Thickens” (reviewed HERE.)  I topped off my lips with one of the brand new RBR Glassy Gloss Shades in “Raspberry Meringue.”

Products used for Jenni’s lips:

Rouge Bunny Rouge Lon-Lasting Lip Pencil – Vasco
Sunday Riley Mondern Lip Color Lipstick – Mona Lisa
Rouge Bunny Rouge Glassy Gloss – Raspberry Meringue
